Cancellation Policy

THE SELF SERVE **3 Hours • Drop-off • Virtual Attendant** **Payment** The full price is paid online at booking. No deposit is needed. The booking may be transferred **one time** to a new date, subject to availability, with at least **24 hours’ notice**. **Setup & Pickup** MLOBOOTH will arrive approximately **1 hour before** the scheduled start time for setup. Your 3 hours begin at the agreed-upon start time and the original end time remains the same if guests arrive late. **Virtual Attendant** The built-in **Virtual Attendant** guides guests through the photo booth experience. This is a **drop-off package with no on-site attendant**. **Client Responsibility** The client is responsible for the booth and equipment during the rental. The booth must remain in the agreed-upon location and be protected from **spills, food, weather, damage, and unauthorized use**. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in additional charges. A **safe, covered setup area and working electrical outlet** are required. **Photos & Sharing** Unlimited digital photos, text, email, AirDrop sharing, and an online gallery are included. MLOBOOTH is not responsible for photos guests fail to save or send to themselves. **Add-Ons** Props, upgraded backdrops, and additional booth time may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. **Agreement** By booking THE SELF SERVE, the client agrees to these policies and accepts responsibility for the booth and equipment during the rental.
